Chef Bradley Dickenson and Mikel Rogers will be serving Northwest local fare with cocktails, local wines, and beers. The owners have had years of experience working for Schwartz Brothers restaurants–the restaurant group that includes Daniel’s Broiler. They will be serving dishes made from local organic farms. Pearl’s dining space will be decorated with artwork by Mark Sheinkman. There is room for 200 guests and an 80 seat lounge. Pearl is the first restaurant in Bellevue to offer valet service. Located in the former Trader Vic’s space. Entrees range from $18-$39
