Coming soon to Bellevue
Well known Seattle restaurants are extending branches and variations of their flagship restaurants to Bellevue. Here is a list of a few opening soon:
Purple Cafe and Wine Bar is opening a location in the Bellevue Towers. They are also branching out with new concepts: Mexican themed restaurant, Barrio, and a small dessert cafe.
Boom Noodle and Blue C Sushi are opening directly North of the Cheesecake Factory. Blue C Sushi has locations all around the Puget Sound area: Fremont, UVillage, Southcenter Mall, and Alderwood Mall. Boom Noodle is coming across Lake Washington. Young, hip Seattlites visit the Pike Street location for noodles and Japanese tapas served in modern decor.
Monsoon East is arriving in the former Porcella space. This Vietnamese restaurant is popular among brunchers looking for eclectic flavors. Eric Banh, star chef of Monsoon Seattle, is known to re-create traditional Vietnamese dishes with local Northwest ingredients.
Pearl Restaurant and Lounge is opening on Friday, November 14th, 2008. Entrees, small plates and salads will feature local produce and seafood. A long list of wines highlight local Northwest wineries. Pearl is a celebration of Northwest flavors.
