Paddy Coyne’s Traditional Irish Pub

Traditional Irish Pub is opening on the first floor at Lincoln Square. There are currently 2 other Paddy Coyne’s in the Northwest area: Tacoma and Seattle. Irish comfort food is served with traditional Irish beers and whiskey.

Artisanal Bistro NYC

Opening September 2009 at the Bravern, Artisanal Brasserie and Wine Bar will feature French fare: fondues, steak frites and many cheeses. Artisanal Table will serve Neopolitan thin crust pizzas and tapas.

The Brasserie portion will be in a 300 seat dining space within the Bravern. The restaurant will feature outdoor seating.

Artisanal Brasserie is based on the NYC restaurant inspired by Chef Terrance Brennan.

Stir Martini & Raw Bar

Opening Soon

Chef Dan of 0/8 Seafood Grill is developing a new culinary concept for the Hyatt Regency’s Wintergarden.  The bar will surronded 175 seats in Northwest lodge decor in 4,400 feet of space.

Chef Dan hopes Stir Martini and Raw Bar will provide a “fantastic yet affordable” experience for visitors and residents of Bellevue.

Stir Martini and Raw Bar is slated to open July 2009.

Cafe Habits is located in front of the Bellevue Galleria. The cafe offers both indoor and outdoor seating in front of the fountain.

Caffe Ladro just opened up in the Expedia building. Their focus is serving organic, shade grown, fair trade coffee.

Kaede Japanese Kissa is a traditional Japanese cafe. Visitors get a glimpse of the Japanese coffee culture with a visit to Kaede.

T’Latte is a cafe that serves Caffe Vita coffee, a local Seattle coffee brand.

Top Pot Donuts serves coffee from beans sourced globally. The blend includes beans from Ethiopia, Brazil, Sumatra, and Papua New Guinea.

Dilettante Mocha Cafe
is a chocolate centered coffeeshop. Although their main focus is on chocolate, guests enjoy mochas and other espresso drinks.
